Sing a prepared piece, such as a folk song, hymn, art song, or aria which demonstrates your vocal skill; |

Demonstrate your vocal range; |

Sight read your vocal part of a short song selected by the Director; |

Demonstrate vocal technique, such as ear training, recognizing intervals. |

Women - All women are required to wear identical dresses ordered from a manufacturer specializing in concert attire. Speak to a Board member about ordering a dress and having it fitted. Also required are black, closed-toe shoes; black hose; black slip; and conservative jewelry. |
The Master Chorus Eastside is a non-profit, tax exempt organization, and relies on private and corporate contributions to supplement revenue from ticket sales and fundraising. Members are asked to contribute toward operating expenses during the four-quarter performing season. Contributions are currently assessed at:

$70.00 per individual per quarter, or |
|
|
$130.00 per couple from
same household per quarter. OR |
|
|
$250 per individual for entire year |
|
|
$450 per couple from same household for entire year |
Contributions are considered tax deductible, and are receipted for tax purposes at the end of the calendar year. The Chorus will not exclude any qualified singers due to inability to contribute the assessed amount.
